The Group.
AGBS Group comprises AGBS Office Ltd and AGBS Consultants Ltd. AGBS stands for Audit & Global Business Services and denotes the main area of services offered. Comprehensive services offered to companies and individuals include Statutory Audit and Assurance, Accountancy, Taxation, VAT, Corporate services, Business consultancy and Company administration.
With a boutique character and with over 40 years of experience in providing the highest level of professional expertise to clients based in Cyprus and overseas, we can assure that each client receives individual attention and tailor-made services to meet every business need in Cyprus and abroad. The Group’s clientele ranges from owner-managed businesses and local companies to large multinational corporations. The activities of our clientele cover all the main business sectors, including, professional firms, big provident funds and trusts, international transport companies, marine travel and insurance agents, charter flights companies, construction, trading, manufacturing, engineering and technology companies, firms in the art and entertaining industry and other sectors.

AGBS Office was established as a practising audit firm, in 1991.
Managing Director
Mrs Sophia Xinary, founder of the AGBS Office Ltd, is a UK qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. Mrs Sophia Xinary, of Cypriot origin and nationality, after graduating from the Pancyprian Economic Lyceum, joined the International firm of Coopers & Lybrand (present name PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Cyprus. Along with her professional studies, she gained long years of experience in a broad spectrum of professional services, working in a top position, before resigning from the position of Financial Manager, to start her own practice. During her service with Coopers & Lybrand, she got invaluable extensive experience in all the main areas of the profession including audit, accountancy, taxation, corporate services, staff schemes and others.
Mrs Sophia Xinary is a fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants UK and The Association of International Accountants UK, as well as a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
AGBS Consultants Ltd.
AGBS Consultants Ltd was established as a limited liability company in 1994.
Managing Director
Mr Evangelos Tsirigotakis, of Greek origin and nationality, founder of AGBS Consultants Ltd and its managing director, is a graduate of the School of Economics of the University of Athens. After his graduation, Mr Tsirigotakis continued his studies in Switzerland where he got a Master’s Degree in Economic Development and later on in France where he got a Specialisation Certificate in Professional Orientation.
The Team.
Our audit and taxation department, is staffed by ACCA qualified accountants, ACCA graduates and ACCA students. Our accounting and VAT department, is staffed by long experienced accountants.
A competent long experienced secretary and a holder of BA in English language and literature with MSc in Public Relations and Advertising Management, comprise the support team. Our highly competent and multilingual staff (Greek, English, Russian, French, Spanish) is able to provide the highest quality of service to domestic and international clients, responding to any business query with professionalism and respect to each client’s distinct business needs.
