Responsibilities:
- Managing phone calls and correspondence with clients and partners.
- Maintaining organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial documentation.
- Providing administrative support to staff members as needed.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English language.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not a requirement.
